is a Chartered Accountant with 17 years experience in car rental and accident management. Previously with Avis Europe plc for 12 years as Managing Director of Centrus Limited (Accident Management), Finance Director for the Group’s Belgian and Luxembourg subsidiaries and Financial Controller for the UK car rental operation. He has also chaired the Accident Management Association and is also a member of the Academy of Chief Executives – winning the member of the year award in 2006.

Lee Davies is an experienced Insurance professional having worked within the industry for 11 years – the latter 7 in the Motor Sector. Lee is responsible for the Account Management of our business partner brokers and brings to the role a complete knowledge of the whole operational process from inception of the claim to recovery.

Lee has designed and implemented many of the BAIS processes and ensures that the Key Performance Indicators and the Service Levels to our clients are met or exceeded month on month. A Prince2 Practitioner, his project management and implementation skills support his knowledge of the business, making him a market leading Account Director.

Having gained a grounding within the business to business environment in the Automotive Industry, Sarah joined Broker Assistance Insurance Services in 2006. Her experience within the organisation has been diverse which has provided her with a strong understanding of all of our products and services and the processes which support them.

Sarah has been promoted regularly through her time at Broker Assistance Insurance Services and she now holds the position of Account Manager. Her ability to influence at all levels through open and honest manner and her vibrant personality are an asset to our team and our clients.

An experienced and professional Insurance Customer Service Claims Management Leader that has been with the business for 7 years. Helen is a key player in our service delivery team.

She leads by example and is a fundamental part of the Key Account Management team taking on responsibility for the service delivery of Key Accounts within our Broker customer base.

A dedicated member of the Broker Assistance Insurance Services team, Stacey has worked in the Motor Claims and Credit Hire Industry for the past 13 years.

She was involved with Broker Assistance Insurance Services from its inception and has lead many areas of the organisation including Full Motor Claims; Non Fault; Hire & Repair; Rental Provision. An all round industry professional now leading her own Service Delivery Team.
